Scope of Work

This role will focus on research within the diagnostics sector, conduct first level meetings with the owners/founders of lab to understand their interest in M&A creating a pipeline of opportunities with respect to the available labs, first level review and analysis of the deals, and support in the closure of the M&A deals.

Role & responsibilities

Lead Generation and M&A Documentation:

• Identify leads for labs and healthcare facilities available for sale or acquisition.
• Conduct first-level meetings with the founders of the lab.

Research & Analysis:

• Create a list of opportunities in focused geographies for DLPL
• Conduct research and analysis on diagnostic labs interested in M&A
• Perform financial analysis for M&A opportunities
• Provide insights for investment recommendations

Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with finance, legal, and other teams for closure of M&A deals
• Communicate research insights and recommendations, contributing to strategic investment decisions

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 2-8 years of experience as sales/business development, preferably in IVD sector Qualification: MBA
