Key Responsibilities:

• Report Validation - Reviewing slides & Validation of test reports of the Laboratory
• Supervise Lab Administration - Ensuring Control on TAT, Consumption, Lab Expenses, OT and Inventory management
• Managing Employees at LAB - Supervises day to day administration of the Laboratory
• Maintaining the cost of operations within budgeted cost
• Accurate test results & timely release of reports
• High Employee Retention • No Pre-Analytical Errors
• Smooth cross-functional coordination

Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualification: MD Pathology

• Experience: 0 5 Years

• Preferable prior experience in a NABL Lab
