Manager Radiology

Role & responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Oversee staff duties, rosters, HRMS management, and leave requests. Ensure prompt scheduling by receptionists.
• TLD Badge Maintenance: Manage TLD badges for radiation monitoring.
• Compliance & Equipment: Ensure statutory compliance and equipment fitness with biomedical engineering.
• Staff Training: Conduct regular training on behavior, grooming, and technical skills.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with OPD, USG, and X-ray services.
• IPD Patient Coordination: Ensure timely testing and follow-up for IPD patients.
• Inventory Management: Manage purchasing, inventory, and conduct regular audits.
• Billing Management: Handle cancellations, due, and discount bills accurately.
• Marketing & Feedback: Oversee marketing efforts, collect and analyze patient feedback.
• Workflow Handling: Manage radiology workflow using Google Forms.
• KRA & KPI Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and take corrective actions.
• MIS Accreditation: Maintain SOPs as per MIS standards.
• MIS Preparation: Prepare MIS reports as required by management.

Preferred candidate profile:

• MHA / Post Graduation Degree in Hospital Management with relevant computer knowledge.
• A minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in the relevant filed.
