Coordinator - Radiology

Role & responsibilities:

• Patient Counselling & Registration: Counsel patients on radiological test prices and address queries. Manage patient registration and scheduling.
• PACS Handling: Ensure accurate handling of the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
• Data Verification: Conduct daily and monthly data verification for accuracy.
• Appointment Scheduling: Maintain the radiology appointment schedule and provide personalized care for VIP patients.
• Patient Management: Prioritize patient handling to reduce waiting times, manage crowds, and handle phone calls for report collection.
• Report Dispatch & TAT Follow-Up: Monitor and follow up on report dispatch turnaround times. Coordinate with radiologists to reduce TAT and ensure patients are informed about report availability.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors Degree with Post Graduation Degree in Hospital Management with relevant computer knowledge.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the relevant filed.
