We are looking for a Center Head

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing & Business Development:

• To formulate and propose various Marketing strategies for their respective Branch in accordance with corporate policy.
• To execute the various activities planned as per the phase wise Marketing plans for example, Workshops Camps, Patient Education Program and Life Style Management Program Etc
• To Coordinate with DRT/DCC/CR to organize and conduct Medical Camps on a routine basis and to provide feedback to Management regarding the efficacy of the camps with details of revenue generation.
• Weekly progress report should be submitted in brief to management about the activities carried out as per plan.
• Weekly statistics of the unit needs to be sent to the Management.

Operations:

• To update the daily Walk around sheet regularly and promptly.
• Monitoring expenses pertaining to their Branches and maintaining them within budget without compromising on customer service.
• Preparing Annual budgets pertaining to the branch in consultation with the SCH/Medical Directors.
• To adhere to the safety norms of hospital and follow both patient safety and staff safety rules.
• To ensure all the employees are trained/oriented about the quality systems of the department.
• To monitor on Branch adverse events and the same to be reported to the clinical board on regular basis.
• To ensure and monitor on material consumption and to maintain monthly report.
• To monitor OT management system on regular basis

Feedback System:

• Grievance handling of Patients and Patient Attenders and submitting routine feedback to the Management.
• To interact with all the Floor managers / Counselors and to collect Feedback form on Daily basis.
• To organize Morning meetings and review the collected feedback form with Head Operations/SCH.
• To send mail to the patients who have given negative feedback in order to make congenial relation with patient.
• To have regular reviews with the doctors

Patient Relationship Management - PRM:

• Taking responsibility for Front Office area of their Branch and attending to the patients, patient attenders and guests of the hospital by understanding their needs and enabling quality service.
• Ensuring proper functioning of the following areas covered under the Front Office
• Reception
• OP Registration
• Doctor Appointments
• Co-ordination of all the activities in the outpatient area.
• Ensure availability of all material and information required for the functioning of Front Office
• Interaction with patients and patient attenders and support in clarifying their doubts and queries
• Keep a check on all investigative areas so that no delay occurs anywhere and in case of any undue delay due to genuine reasons should be able to explain to the patients and attenders.
• Monitoring the whole OPD area for cleanliness, water availability, etc.
