• Job Description:
• Coordination with all departments (internally/externally)
• Raising Indent for Branch based on the requirements.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow.
• Minimizing the process & patient waiting time.
• Coordination with patients till they walk out.
• Maintaining FFA, Auto Perimeter, B-Scan, Laser & Doctors registers
• Instillation of Eye Drops (Dilation & Constriction)
• Explain the instruction to the patient (OPD).
• Instillation of Eye Drops (Dilation & Constriction)
• Maintaining employee attendance and monitoring staff leave and timings.
