Manager - Operation Excellence - Contract Logistics

Develop and implement a comprehensive operations excellence strategy to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all aspects of supply chain at across TML Sites.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and execute process improvement projects, leveraging methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Agile to achieve measurable results.
Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and operational teams to define performance metrics, set targets, and establish KPIs to monitor and measure progress towards operational excellence goals.
Provide due support on ground towards new project roll out, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, adherence to project timelines and budgets, and successful project delivery.
Develop and implement standardized processes, procedures, and best practices for TML Sites, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to drive collaboration and alignment on operational excellence initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management and contract logistics, recommending innovative solutions to drive operational excellence and competitive advantage.
Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to senior management on the progress, impact, and ROI of operations excellence initiatives and project implementations across TML Sites
Drive change management initiatives to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Implement best practices and new technologies to optimize warehouse operations
Analyse operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency, cost control, and service delivery

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Diploma/Graduate from a recognized university or institute.
• Should have minimum 8 to 15 years experience in Warehouse Operations
• Experience in preparing Monthly reports/trend analysis
• Problem Solving and innovation
• Ability to lead and drive safety culture in the organization.
• Candidate must be able to present themselves well across the organization
• Efficient communication and writing skills including preparing MIS.
• Self-Initiator / Starter
• Should have excellent understanding on HSE
• Good k nowledge of MS Office, Power Point Presentation
