Desired Candidate Profile:​

1.5 -12 years professional experience in business analysis, project management, operations
analysis, management consulting​.

2.Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to make improvements in products
(web/mobile apps).​

3.Experience in agile framework-based projects and scrum ceremonies​.

4.An entrepreneurial and result oriented mind-set.​

5.Good command over MS Office suite​

6.Good communication and interpersonal skills​

7.Good client and team handling skills​

8.Should be able to strategize /lead & execute plans as per  business/Team requirements.​

9. Should be able to manage/coach multiple streams /verticals for the team​

Responsibilities:​
​
1. Manage all aspects of project lifecycle of web and mobile projects, understand customer pain
points, problem definition, requirements documentation, user story creation with acceptance
criteria, time estimations, roadmap creation, definition of use cases, implementation, go-to-market strategy, roll out.​

2. Manage backlog, change and risk management, prioritize features and defects to be fixed.
Documentation which should include but not limited to proposal writing, SRS, SDD, user stories,
project plan, change and release document, user manual, etc.​

3. Point of contact for business units for multiple products.

4. Operate with significant autonomy to deliver results for the team and broader organization. ​
5. Effectively communicate product releases to stakeholders. ​
