- Lead the product life cycle, including vision, strategy, roadmap, requirements, user experience, delivery, launch, improvements & support.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business needs and translate them into requirements.
- Translate product requirements into sprint planning, define product feature sets with clear requirements.
- Collaborate across disciplines including, business, design, development, QA, implementation & customer support teams to deliver defined feature sets.
- Define & document success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
- Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, usage data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Own, manager & prioritize product development backlogs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to lead market & user research and drive innovation.
Required:
- Prior experience working on consumer-facing products.
- Proven 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager and strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent requirement analysis and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, multitasking & problem solving skills.
