How will you make an impact in this role:

- Perform as the Engineering manager of an agile development team with responsibilities including Design, development, Problem Management with fixes and debugs, evaluates, modifies, deploys, and documents software and systems that meet the needs of customer-facing applications and business applications

- Partner with product management, design and engineering leaders to help shape technical product architecture & practices

- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Java Enterprise Edition.

- Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of applications, including working with developers, testers, and project managers.

- Ensure that applications are developed and deployed in accordance with best practices and industry standards, including maintaining code quality and ensuring that applications are secure and scalable.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Java Enterprise Edition development, and apply this knowledge to improve the quality and efficiency of application development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

- Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.

- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

- Experience with application design and development, including experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

- Experience with database design and development, including experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Experience with web application development, including experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with agile development methodologies, including experience with Scrum and Kanban.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition development.
