Dot & Key Wellness - Manager - Procurement (6-8 yrs)

Dot & Key is hiring a Procurement Manager to join our team in Kolkata.

We are seeking a driven professional with a passion for managing end-to-end procurement of Raw Materials (RM), Packaging Materials (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) for the manufacturing of personal care products across the country. The role also provides an opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of procurement operations and the larger supply chain landscape.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Oversee procurement of RM, PM, and FG for personal care products across categories.

- Develop and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost effectiveness.

- Analyze and manage the procurement process to align with business objectives.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, systems, and processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement operations and optimize supply chain efficiency.

- Monitor market trends to identify new vendors and materials, especially for the personal care industry.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to achieve cost savings and improve service levels.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in procurement or sourcing in a large or mid-sized FMCG, Pharma, or similar organization.

- Education: MBA or B.Tech/BE from leading institutes.

- Strong knowledge of materials used in the personal care industry and familiarity with relevant vendors.

- Working knowledge of SAP/Other ERP/BY systems.

- Experience in vendor relationship management and global supply chain knowledge (preferred).

- Proficiency in negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to handle complexity and volatility.
