Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage a strong sales funnel for engineering services in the USA market.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue growth roadmap to meet company targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by proposing tailored techno commercial solutions.
- Ensure product/service market fit by analyzing client needs and offering customized solutions.
- Contribute to demand generation and develop effective go-to-market strategies for business expansion.
- Identify new opportunities and help shape the business strategy in the automotive and EV sectors.
Required Skills:
- 3 to 5 years of business development experience, preferably in the electric mobility and/or autonomous vehicle field.
- An engineering background will be preferred, as the job involves bridging the gap between business development and technical solutions.
- Demonstrated success in generating and closing new business deals, specifically in the USA market.
- Ability to develop strategies that convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Exceptional ability to manage virtual meetings across multiple time zones (particularly EST).
- Account management experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to propose techno commercial solutions and align business efforts with market demands.
- Strong understanding of market fit and go-to-market strategies to maximize business potential.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a Automotive related field.
- MBA or Master s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge or experience in the automotive, EV, or engineering sectors would be highly advantageous.
