Structural Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Design and Analysis: Develop and analyze structural designs for construction vehicles using CAD software and structural analysis tools.

• Material Selection: Choose appropriate materials to ensure the strength and durability of vehicle components.
• Load Calculations: Perform calculations to determine the loads and stresses on vehicle structures.
• Prototyping and Testing: Create prototypes and conduct tests to validate design performance and safety.
• Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical engineers, product designers, and manufacturing teams to integrate structural components into overall vehicle designs.
• Compliance: Ensure designs meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed design reports, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing and quality assurance.
