Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Center Manager to lead Last Mile Operations for our D2C FMCG business. You will oversee delivery operations, manage a team, optimize processes, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day Last Mile operations, ensuring timely, cost-efficient deliveries.
• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Optimize delivery routes, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
• Address customer issues, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements based on data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Last Mile Logistics or Operations, preferably in FMCG/D2C.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software (good to have).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
