Account Executive

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.

• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.

• Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports and statements for management review.

• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, providing insights into variances.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.

• Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and implement audit recommendations.

• Taxation: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial operations.

Skills

• Proficiency in Excel.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.

• Minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience.
