HR Executive

• Hiring Candidates for various roles across the company across all geographies

• Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual performance appraisals of employees
  Enforce company policy on leaves, conduct and workplace
  Engage with employees in 1:1 to understand and address employee concerns and aspirations
  Scout for job applicants and shortlist CVs
  Coordinate with managers for interviews of shortlisted candidates
  Payroll processing
  Conduct employee engagement events at the office or otherwise
  Manage vendors for office supplies and administration
  Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding action

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field. Master s degree preferred
  Experience in managing human resource functions earlier
  Strong interpersonal skills with good language skills in English and Hindi at least
  Proficiency in MS Excel.
  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
