Accounts And Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company
• Use financial modeling to simulate financial scenarios
• Present potential scenarios and outcomes to management team
• Sound knowledge of TDS , GST return and well versed with Tally
• Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents
• Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies
• Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles
• Performing timely and accurate month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations ensuring that accounting schedules are updated and accurate
• Assisting the Director and budget managers in developing and monitoring departmental, project and organizational budget
• Streamlining and automating financial processes to bring in efficiencies
• To help with monthly closings and preparing monthly/annual financial statements
• Ensuring smooth monthly & quarterly closing of books within the set timelines and analysis of Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet for management reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Post Graduate degree in Accounting & Finance

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Sound understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices

• Self-starter & proactive approach

• Good decision-making ability

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
