Dolat Capital - Associate Human Resources Generalist (3-5 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our dynamic HR team.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience in HR and play a key role in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, policy development, and overall HR administration.

This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with mentorship from a senior HR team member for the first six months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

- Employee Engagement & Relations: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee experience, engagement, and workplace culture.

- HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices while assisting in policy development and implementation.

- HR Operations & Administration: Maintain HR records, process payroll inputs, manage HR systems, and oversee benefits administration.

- Performance Management: Support performance review cycles, assist managers with feedback processes, and track employee development plans.

- Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions, track learning initiatives, and support professional development programs.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of HR experience in a corporate or similar environment.

- Strong knowledge of HR regulations, employment laws, and best practices.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR Management Systems (HRMS).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
