Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Agra for a Human Resources Generalist. The HR Generalist will be responsible for HR management, creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and benefits administration. The HR Generalist will also handle day-to-day tasks associated with HR operations.
Qualifications - Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and regulations
- Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience with HR software and data analysis tools is a plus
- Knowledge of labor laws and legal compliance is a plus
