BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE:
- We are seeking a skilled HR Generalist to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.
- As an HR Generalist you will be responsible for a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance.
Your KRAs will include the following:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and concerns.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- And organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
