Executive Assistant / Export Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Share the production schedule with the team-members
• Assign production program as per order specifications
• Daily follow-up to ensure that product is as per the assigned program
• Ensure that the order is complete and ready to dispatch within time-frame as per commitment to the Customer
• Follow-up with all factories till final dispatch is sent
• Prepare container-wise update or MIS Report showing status all orders
• Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming communication, prioritize correspondence, and prepare reports and presentations.
• Utilize your technical background to assist in handling technical documents, reports, and projects as directed by the Managing Director. Provide insights and support on technical matters as needed.
• Coordinate and follow up on projects led by the Managing Director, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed according to specifications.
