We are looking for an Operations Center Engineer who is eager to develop their skills in system operations, troubleshooting, and automation. In this role, you ll work closely with other engineers to support our infrastructure, resolve operational issues, and contribute to improving our systems. Responsibility:
Monitor system health and performance, responding to alerts and resolving issues to ensure reliable operations
Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Participate in operational tasks such as software updates, system patching, and user access management
Support efforts to identify opportunities for automation and contribute to scripting and tools development under the guidance of other engineers
Collaborate with team members to ensure operational best practices are followed and improved upon
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic:
2+ years of experience in IT, system administration or a related field
Foundational knowledge of operating systems, networking, or cloud technologies
Experience with monitoring, logging, or cloud platforms
Exposure to automation tools or practices and a strong interest in learning more about DevOps
Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus
Passion for technology and enthusiasm for solving real-world problems
Preferred:
3+ years experience in IT, system administration, or a related field
Hands on experience deploying/managing operating systems, networking, or cloud technologies
