Position Summary: Database engineer with experience in Database management, Good knowledge in writing queries to extract the data, automate the report generation through reporting tools .
1.Understand the data requirements from various departments
2.Extract data from database by writing queries and share the reports with the stakeholders
3.Automate the frequently used data reports using the Reporting tool (MS Power BI or AWS QuickSight) and provision the secured access to stake holder on the reports
4.Manage Database backup and restore
5.Ensure data security
6.Capacity planning and Database finetuning from time to time to increase DB performance
