Global Financial Planning and Analysis Transformation Manager
About the role
The Global FP&A Project Manager will lead and optimize financial planning and analysis projects across a services-based organization This role is critical to enhancing financial budgeting, reporting, and forecasting while driving operational efficiency to support strategic decision-making The position requires strong project management skills, experience in service industry financial operations, and collaboration across diverse teams and geographies
The Global FP&A Project Manager will report to the Digitalization and Development Director and have a dotted line to the respective Project Director or Project Sponsor.
Locations: internal candidates from various locations will be considered.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities :
FP&A Process Improvement & Optimization
- Lead global initiatives to standardize, improve, and automate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes tailored to a service-driven organization
- Align FP&A methodologies to account for revenue recognition, resource utilization, cost allocation, and margin analysis typical of service organizations
- Implement robust financial models to analyze service line profitability, client margins, and resource planning
Project Management
- Drive end-to-end FP&A transformation projects, process redesign, and reporting automation
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, deliverables, risks, and milestones while ensuring stakeholder alignment across finance and operational teams
- Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve bottlenecks to meet deadlines and objectives
Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with global finance teams, business unit leaders, and operational heads to identify key business requirements and priorities
- Act as a liaison between finance, IT, and service delivery teams to ensure alignment of FP&A goals with operational needs
- Present project status, insights, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders in clear and actionable formats
Financial Analysis & Business Insights
- Implement and enhance tools to provide actionable insights on key metrics such as revenue realization, profitability analysis, budgeting, variance analysis, utilization rates, and overhead costs
- Drive the development of dashboards and KPIs that support service delivery excellence and cost efficiency
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives
- Prepare post-implementation reviews and analysis to ensure sustainability of improvements and ROI realization
- Drive data-driven insights for decision-making and continuous optimization

We are seeking a candidate with:
Education :
- Post Graduation degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields
- PMP & Agile Certified candidates will be added advantage
Experience :
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Transformation, or Project Management
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in FP&A is required.
- Proven experience managing global FP&A projects, including system implementations and process improvements
- Deep understanding of financial dynamics in a service organization, including revenue recognition, cost management, and utilization metrics
- Experience on business data modelling & strategy would be added advantage
