Manager Planning - DMart Store Construction!

Role & responsibilities

Manage project plans and schedules for a portfolio of DMART Stores construction projects. • Assist the project manager in the creation of the work schedules and monitor progress against it every week. • Work closely with management to develop pre construction schedule starting from land Survey. • Develop resource loaded schedules, including, list of activities, major milestone, critical approvals, long lead procurement items. • Assess the impact of design changes and schedule slippage and inform company management and clients of all schedule updates. • Monitor job progress daily on all projects to identify potential deviations quickly and remedy problems. • Ensure availability of drawings and details from the architecture department and the structural consultants. • Updating the master schedule weekly and monthly and monitor the progress. • Coordination with Design, Commercial, Contracts, BD and legal, Liaisoning department. Ensure coordination between the various contractors for schedules. • Coordinate and allocate necessary resources including manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient project execution. • Collaborate with stakeholders including clients, contractors, architects, and consultants to provide regular project updates and maintain alignment. • Maintaining the hindrance reports and discusses with Leads • Assist the project manager in ensuring timely and accurate billing. • Communicate the decisions on schedules, and deadlines to the engineers on site. Coordinate with the contractors - RCC contractors, Finishing Contractors, Block work contractors, Tiling contractors, and Painting contractors to ensure the overall project.

Skills :Proficient in planning, scheduling, tracking, optimizing resources, and generating comprehensive reports for successful project management.

Preferred candidate profile: BE Civil /BTech Civil , 8+years of experience in Project Planning
