DMart - Assistant Manager - Content Development (3-4 yrs)

Job Description:

- We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Content Development to create high-quality functional training content and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various job roles within the organization.

- This role requires close collaboration with Function Heads, SMEs, and Key Stakeholders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning materials that align with business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct Training Need Identification & Analysis for different roles across Operations, SCM, Category, and HO Functions.

- Develop comprehensive training curricula after discussions with Function Heads, SMEs, and Store/DC visits.

- Observe employees at Stores/DCs to document tasks, workflows, and interconnected processes.

- Capture and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using structured content writing techniques.

- Design Trainer Guides, Participant Guides, Assessments, and Training Collaterals using various learning methodologies.

- Work closely with PPT specialists to convert training materials into structured presentations.

- Test and validate the Question Bank (assessment papers) on the Learning Management System (LMS).

- Collaborate with Instructional Designers & Digital Content Creators to convert training modules into E-Learning content.

- Continuously update and refine training content based on feedback from Function Heads, SMEs, and Field Teams.

- Ensure timely completion and relevance of training modules to meet business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Strong verbal & written communication skills (English).

- Knowledge of ADDIE model, Bloom's Taxonomy, and Adult Learning Principles.

- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong observation, listening, and documentation skills.

- Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work proactively, gather insights, and understand complex business processes.
