Head - Global Finance

Key Requirements:

- CA (Chartered Accountant) or similar qualification is mandatory.

- 13 to 18 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting with global exposure.

- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, Indian accounting standards, and global taxation laws and other statutory compliances.

- Proven experience in profitability analysis, financial forecasting, cashflow management and managing business finance.

- Experience in raising funds, handling investor relations and interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

- Prior experience in managing small team and working in a consulting and services setup is preferred.

- Strong financial acumen with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with a focus on driving results.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

- Strong understanding of financial systems, tools, and ERP software.

- Prior experience in financial process improvement initiatives.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
