Head - Finance - Food & Beverages - CA (13-17 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced finance leader to oversee our client, a renowned ice cream manufacturer committed to quality and innovation in the food and beverage industry. With a rich heritage and a passion for creating delightful products, they are expanding their operations and seeking a talented Head of Finance to their dynamic team with experience in financial operations and strategy.

As the Head of Finance, you will work closely with the founding partner to drive financial performance and support our growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in finance, particularly within the food and beverage sector, who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Lead and manage the finance team of 12-15 members, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high performance.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support business objectives.

- Manage audits, consulting projects, and mergers & acquisitions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow and profitability.

- Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.

- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, consultants, and financial institutions.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- CA (Chartered Accountant) with a minimum of 13 years of relevant experience.

- Proven experience in the food and beverage industry is highly preferred.

- Strong background in audit, consulting, and mergers & acquisitions.

- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing a team of finance professionals.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
