Location: Trichy Onsite

Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:

• Identifying and attracting top technical talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and candidate referrals.
• Developing effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

Candidate Screening and Evaluation:

• Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for technical roles.
• Conducting initial screenings and interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination and Facilitation:

• Coordinating interviews between candidates and Stakeholders.
• Providing guidance and support to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.

Offer and Negotiation:

• Extending job offers to select candidates and managing the offer negotiation process.
• Collaborating with the contracts team to finalize the contracts and onboard new hires.

Relationship Management:

• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Tracking recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
• Generating reports and analytics to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing:

• Contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract top technical talent.
• Developing and promoting compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials.

Continuous Improvement:

• Staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in recruitment.
• Implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
