Role & responsibilities
1) Information for Management Decision making
- Structure the data from the multiple sources and convert it into information which is useful
for the management
- Generate and analyze HR reports to provide insights.
- provide People data ( HR data) to multiple stakeholder as and when required
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports of HR for management and other stakeholders as well
as HR
2) Analytics:
- Collect data and prepare metric from HRMS for HR Dashboard
- Analyzing HR trends, understanding business future predication and projects HR needs.
- Utilize HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
3) MIS Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for HR-MIS via processes and procedures.
- Ensure that documentation is current and accessible to relevant stakeholders at any given point.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Understands HR process, HR Performer Metrics is mandatory
- Experience on HRMS system to get the data is mandatory
- Should know advance excel mandatory .
