Key skills for the job
A. Position Summary:
S/he will be accountable for quality delivery of changes in life Asia. Consult with Business Analyst, Developers to evaluate business requirements, evaluate existing or proposed systems.
B. Key Responsibilities:
1. S/he is expected to devote Approx. 80% time as a Business Analyst and 20% as in team management
2. Consult with Business Analyst, developer to evaluate business requirements, evaluate existing or proposed systems.
3. Creation of BRD, on the basis of requirement received from user. Also document the gap in BRD.
4. Review the delivery / modules programs as per approved BRD.
5. Get the UAT completed within defined UAT window.
6. Track the status of all pipeline CRs.
7. Timely address of audit related items.
8. Guiding team and enhancing their skills to achieve the common objective.
9. Effectively manage on-roll and vendor resources during the requirement & testing phase.
C. Job Specifications:
Qualifications:
• MCA / B.Tech / B.C.A. or equivalent
