Manage Financial Records and Bookkeeping : Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and reconciliations. Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and categorized.
Prepare Financial Reports : Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide detailed analysis and insights to support management decision-making.
Handle Payroll Processing : Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and benefits. Manage payroll records and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
Monitor Cash Flow and Budgeting : Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, providing insights on variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
Ensure Compliance with Financial Regulations : Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and ensure compliance with tax laws, labor laws, and other statutory requirements. Prepare and file tax returns, and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
Support Financial Audits : Assist in the preparation for financial audits and work closely with external auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations. Implement audit recommendations to improve financial processes and controls.
Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable : Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections. Ensure timely payments to vendors and accurate invoicing to clients.

Requirements
A bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification is preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field, preferably within the education or technology sectors.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar, and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
