Guest Relations Executive

Location: Okhla, New Delhi

Position Overview:

Dixon Technologies is seeking a highly professional and dynamic Guest Relations Executive to manage front office operations, guest relations, office administration, and event coordination at our Okhla, New Delhi office. This office will serve as a key hub for high-profile meetings and events, as well as the workplace for the MD and Chairman. The ideal candidate should have 5-8 years of experience in hospitality, corporate guest relations, or office administration, with a strong ability to handle VIP guests, corporate events, and day-to-day office operations seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Relations & Front Office Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, dignitaries, and senior executives with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Ensure a seamless and premium guest experience, managing check-ins, security protocols, and visitor logs.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.

Office Administration & Coordination:

  • Oversee daily office operations, including housekeeping, vendor management, and facility maintenance.
  • Manage office supplies, pantry stock, and ensure smooth logistics for meetings and conferences.
  • Coordinate with facility teams for infrastructure and IT-related support.
  • Ensure adherence to office safety, security, and hygiene protocols.

Event Planning & Management:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, meetings, and high-profile gatherings at the office.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external vendors for event logistics, catering, and technical support.
  • Ensure smooth execution of events, including seating arrangements, hospitality services, and overall guest experience.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

  • Liaise with internal departments, senior leadership, and external service providers for smooth office operations.
  • Coordinate with travel agencies, hospitality partners, and catering services as required.
  • Handle VIP and executive-level arrangements with discretion and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-8 years in guest relations, front office management, hospitality, or corporate administration.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
