Monitoring

1. 1. 1. Bandwidth utilization, end user bandwidth.
         1. QoS and traffic shaping requirements/SDWAN management. Cisco Meraki is the SDWAN supported
         2. Link latency
         3. Uptime of all devices and servers.
         4. Port utilization and growth
         5. Marry port and patch panel utilization for audits
         6. Audit and advice on rack utilization and growth
         7. Follow up with Regional Offices for connectivity related issues
         8. Monitoring and troubleshooting of L2 /L3 switches.
         9. Monitoring Jitter, Latency, Availability, Bandwidth usage
         10. Managing existing Firewalls, UTM, and VPN Services.
         11. SDWAN monitoring, management, and troubleshooting.
         12. Managing and troubleshooting of ILL, MPLS, RTGS(IFTAS) links.
         13. Managing NAC setup. TCS will support NAC BAU operations. Implementation of NAC to be managed by NABARD.
         14. Managing Wi-Fi setup. Wi-Fi Switches and Wi-Fi Controller volume is considered for the Monitoring tools licenses only. However, the support services for the same will be mutually discussed and agreed with NABARD and will be taken up as a change request. Same will inform to Dixit
         15. SFMS support. Dixit Infotech scope is limited to vendor coordination with NABARD's existing 3rd party vendor

Network Management

• Inventory of network hardware (always updated - to be shared whenever required)
• Logs of switches/routers (weekly / Part of SIEM Tool – to be configured)
• Status of the switches/routers (daily)
• Status of the links (daily)
• Traffic patterns (weekly)
• Analysis of which user is consuming more bandwidth within the network (daily)
• Report of network configuration changes (whenever such change occurs)
• Periodic reports involving the following:
  • Alerts (real-time)
  • Outstanding tickets (customized)
  • Hourly Ticket Analysis (different time buckets - customized)
  • Incident Count
  • Docket Count with ISP - SP-wise and total
  • Problematic Links Details.
  • Device configuration changes - CRF confirmation
  • Average uptime per link - monthly /percentage
  • RFO Analysis - Resolution Analysis
    • Top 10 Inbound Utilization
    • Top 10 outbound Utilization
    • Top 10 Memory Utilization
    • Top 10 CPU Utilization
    • Uptime analysis of the Links
    • SLA Compliance Report
    • Capacity Planning Report
