HRBP and Payroll

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for accurately sharing the payroll input for all employees, including wages, overtime, bonuses, and any other forms of compensation. This involves ensuring that all hours worked are recorded correctly and that any deductions or withholdings (such as taxes, insurance premiums, retirement contributions, etc.) are accurately applied.
• Monitoring and managing the timekeeping system used by employees to record their hours worked.
• Staying up to date with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Generating & distributing pay slips to the labor.
• Maintaining master data base of all the employees and provide data as and when required.
• Processing F&F for the exit employees.
• Coordinate the complete recruitment cycle including onboarding of the labor.
• Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related questions or concerns.
• Generating and distributing payroll reports such as payroll expenses, tax liabilities as needed, both for internal purposes and to comply with regulatory requirements.
• Investigating and resolving any payroll issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

Assisting with internal and external audits of payroll records and processes, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, and addressing any findings or recommendations.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in any manufacturing industry who can process the payroll for 1000+ employees and handle the queries.

Languages Known - Kannada, English, Hindi - Mandatory.
