Profile-Customer Support Executive

Location-Noida

Experience-At least 1-2 Years.



Role & responsibilities-

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers.
  • Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, addressing their concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Have good experience of US & UK based process
  • Build rapport with customers and establish a positive relationship to enhance their overall experience.
  • Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, and accurately identify the root cause of issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments.


Preferred candidate profile-

  • Good knowledge of MS Office preferably in MS Excel.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Graduate in any field.
  • Strong written & Verbal communication.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
