• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Informatica MDM PIM Administrator to join our IT team
• The MDM PIM Administrator will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Informatica MDM Product 360 (PIM) platform
• The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in MDM and PIM, along with experience in managing product information and data quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Administration:Administer and manage the Informatica MDM PIM platform, including installation, configuration, and upgrades
• Ensure the platform's availability, performance, and security
• Data Model Configuration:Configure and maintain data models within the MDM PIM platform to manage product information
• Work with business stakeholders to define data attributes and relationships
• Data Quality Management:Implement and manage data quality rules and processes within the MDM PIM platform
• Monitor and address data quality issues to ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information
• Integration and Collaboration:Integrate Informatica MDM PIM with other enterprise systems, such as ERP and CRM
• Collaborate with business units to streamline processes and improve the flow of product information
• User Support:Provide support to MDM PIM users, assisting with data entry, validation, and retrieval processes
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops on MDM PIM best practices
• Security Management:Implement and manage security policies and access controls for the MDM PIM platform
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards
• Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for MDM PIM configurations, data models, and procedures
• Document best practices for managing product information and data quality
• Performance Monitoring:Monitor and analyze the performance of the MDM PIM platform
• Implement performance tuning strategies to optimize the platform
