- Monitors leading practice and competitive trends and proactively predicts and develops programs to address changes in the market conditions and competitive position
- Architects and Designs innovative HR policies, processes and programs in line with HRs function strategy and SHCs people and enterprise strategies
- Leads change within HR including championing and owning the success of new programs and ensuring deployment is successful
