We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach to building and delivering best-in-class HR operations support to our team.
You are detail oriented, well-organized and enjoy bringing structure to projects through work-planning, list-making and efficiency
Strong/effective verbal and written communication to be able to interact at different levels of the organization, from Executive down to technicians and operators.
You are in a position to effectively work in a remote setting across time zones
Good analytical, problem-solving and strong written English language skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and to work effectively under pressure to deadlines
Qualifications / Experience:
You have a Graduate degree
You have minimum 3 years of experience ideally in management consulting
Demonstrated experience with industry standard HR Information systems (SAP, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft)
Exceptional interpersonal skills and team-working attitude to be able to work in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary teams
High level of proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Fluency in both written and spoken English. Other languages will be a plus
