• Job Description:

As an Underwriting Commercial Lines, you will assess and evaluate risks related to property fire insurance, determining appropriate coverage, pricing, and terms in line with industry standards.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Review fire insurance policies and property details (e.g., structure, location).
• Assess risks like construction materials, fire protection, and historical loss data.
• Calculate premiums and propose coverage options.
• Collaborate with clients and insurers to clarify underwriting decisions.
• Monitor claims and adjust underwriting as needed.
• Prepare RFQs and QCRs, review policy terms, and propose adjustments.

• Fire Insurance Products:
• Sokshma: Risk assessment and fire protection recommendations.
• CAR: Coverage for property damage and third-party risks in construction.
• SFSP: Coverage for fire, explosion, theft, earthquake, and more.
• IAR: Comprehensive coverage for industrial properties, including business interruption.
• Mega IAR: Extensive coverage for large-scale projects with high-value assets.
• EAR: Erection All Risk Insurance

• Desired Profile:
• 5 to 7 years of experience in general insurance or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or insurance.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
