Product selling to category management at online shopping portal (Flipkart,Amazon and other) to setting up and managing online business and driving complete end to end online Sales & promotion including online DSAs
Online Market Place Management :
- Category management
- Product selection and Pricing
- Managing product listings and cataloging
- Meeting monthly targets and AOP
- Reducing cancellations and returns and working with delivery team to ensure SLAs are met
- Reviews & ratings of every product + Q&A management
- Managing events and sales promotions on online market place
- Candidate should be able to manage performance Ads on Ecommerce portals
Online DSA Management:
- Online DSA channel management & expansion
- Establishing alliances, account setup, margin/backend commission and launch.
- Ensure relationships with key decision-makers for accounts that will provide new business are continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grown.
- Planning & implementing programs for continuous DSA engagement and to grow their business through various product offering company affecting revenue growth of the organization
- Owning entire operations for the E commerce business
Experience :
- A marketing professional with at least 4-5 years of extensive and rich experience in an Online Industry.
- Should have good understanding and exposure to the online market place - Managing online sale on Flipkart and Amazon (end to end)

- Proven track record of building brands
- Ability to handle pressure in a highly dynamic DTH industry
- High ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams like Sales, Service & Product Development
- Strong in conceptual & strategic thinking; at the same time be able to focus on monthly & quarterly priorities
- Ability to manage a highly competitive, cut throat & rapidly evolving business environment
- Capability of riding the tiger. i.e. managing a high revenue & numbers growth environment
- Strong analytical skills
