Head of Procurement : Renewable Energy

Location: Bangalore, India.

Experience: 8+ years in procurement, supply chain management, or sourcing (preferably in energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing).

- A leader in renewable energy solutions is looking for a Head of Procurement to drive strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost-effective procurement strategies..

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop & implement cost-effective procurement policies & strategies. Oversee vendor selection, negotiations, and supplier management.

- Manage sourcing, purchase planning, and inventory control. Ensure regulatory compliance & adherence to quality standards.

- Collaborate with finance, operations, and project teams. Drive process automation & continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Education: Master's in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.

- Experience: 8+ years in procurement & supply chain management. Tech Skills: Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, or Tally).

- Industry Background: Renewable energy, power generation, or EPC preferred. Core Competencies: Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost control abilities.
