Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Founders Office Intern to work closely with the Chief of Staff and contribute across strategic and growth areas. This role provides exposure to leadership-level projects, including growth initiatives, market research, GTM strategies, product benchmarking, and event/webinar execution.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in strategic business functions and play a vital role in driving high-impact initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chief of Staff in preparing reports, dashboards and presentations to support decision-making.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and enhance go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
- Support product benchmarking, including drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and analyzing product-market fit.
- Collaborate on event planning and execution, including webinars, industry conferences, and internal events.
- Contribute to growth-focused initiatives by conducting research, analyzing trends, and developing actionable insights.
- Provide support in developing and refining strategic plans for scaling key business operations.
- Participate in cross-functional projects, working with teams to ensure seamless execution of priorities.

- A self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and research skills to gather insights, benchmark products/competitors, and support growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- A passion for startups, strategic initiatives, and product-driven growth.

Eligibility
- Any UG degree
