Conduct market and competitive analysis to develop key insights on industry dynamics. Focus on being a step ahead of the curve while pre-empting market trends, changing customer choice patterns, and innovations in the gaming industry
Work on strategic projects and new initiatives which are focused on expansion/growth from research and validation, to transitioning to functional ownership and execution Align and collaborate across functions to unlock growth opportunities and enhance internal efficiency
Assist in conducting periodic business reviews with the executive team, capture action items and ensure timely status updates
Review existing processes, identify gaps, propose improvements, align relevant stakeholders, define SoPs and take ownership of monitoring and compliance
Ensuring products are well-tested in different environments using available methodologies and practices before they are signed off for release
Explore opportunities for enhancing our value proposition through reporting and visual storytelling
Qualifications skills required
Go-getter attitude, a high bias for action, and good top-down thinking
6 months to 2 years of experience in a top-tier management consulting firm or a corporate strategy/ program management role at a new-age tech startup A knowledge of performance, operations, and stakeholder management would be preferable.
Adequate knowledge of online gaming and B2C products A business degree with a focus on business strategy and product would be preferred.
