Urgent requirement -Disbursement Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Manage disbursement process from loan sanction to final disbursal.
  
• Ensure timely processing of loan applications within TAT (Turnaround Time).
  
• Coordinate with sales team for lead generation and conversion.
  
• Conduct credit operations, including risk assessment and documentation.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Preferred candidate profile

• 0-4 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
  
• Strong understanding of Credit Operations, Disbursement, Sanction processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
