Roles and Responsibilities
Junior accountant duties include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks.

Bank reconciliation statement, Customer and Vendors ledger reconciliation.

Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records/financial statements/accounts receivable/accounts payable/invoice processing/petty cash/cash management/cash book

Preparing and checking of bank and cash reconciliation, Pending entries, Ledger entries etc.

Preparation of the reports, payments, returns and reconciliation, as well as validation and review of the same with the books.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office /MS Word/MS PowerPoint and familiarity with relevant computer software (Tally) or Similar ERP.

Desired Candidate Profile
Maintaining computerized accounts on Financial Accounting Software using TALLY ERP 9.

Hands on knowledge of bank related issues, taxation, overall accounting management operations etc.

Reliable, Organized and Punctual

Scrutinize Supplier and Customer's Ledgers and get confirmation from supplier / customer.

Good knowledge of Tally ERP

Work Timing: - 12 Hrs

Weekly Off: - Sunday (Half Day)

Job Agreement Contract : - 2 yrs.

The position is based in Kinshasa (DRC Congo - Central Africa)
