Responsibilities:
Craft compelling and personalized email messages to capture the attention of prospects.
Identify and connect with potential leads on LinkedIn, aligning with the companys target audience.
Engage in meaningful conversations through direct messages and comments on relevant content.
Use effective communication to understand prospect needs and assess their potential as clients.
Implement strategic follow-up sequences for both email and LinkedIn connections.
Schedule and conduct follow-up calls or meetings for qualified leads.
Build and nurture relationships with leads through ongoing communication.
Keep detailed records of all interactions with leads in the CRM system.
Regularly update lead information based on responses and feedback.
Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in lead generation with a focus on email and LinkedIn outreach is preferred
- Strong written communication skills for crafting compelling emails and LinkedIn messages.
- Proficient in email marketing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other relevant software.

- Strong networking skills on LinkedIn and the ability to build professional relationships.
