About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in on-page optimization, Google Ads management, and digital analytics. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working remotely with occasional visits to our office in Noida for strategic discussions and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Optimization:

• Perform on-page optimization for our WordPress-based websites to enhance search engine visibility.

• Identify and implement improvements to maximize site performance.

Google Ads Setup and Management:

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to meet targeted goals.
• Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Analytics Tracking and Reporting:

• Track and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Align efforts based on data-driven insights and suggest additional digital improvements.

• Creative Design:
  
• Design and deliver engaging creatives for our LinkedIn page (one creative per week).

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong proficiency in WordPress, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
• Excellent English written communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely during late-night hours, weekends, or as per personal preference.
• Willingness to visit the office in Noida a couple of times initially and then on a need basis.
