Job Purpose:

They will lead the Digital Payment Product Development which includes building out payment products, managing product go lives while ensuring regulatory compliance, adherence to prevailing regulatory guidelines, risk management and mitigation of payment products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

- Will need to engage with the Business Development team within Digital Payments and Liabilities product teams to ensure our products meet/beat the competition product stack

- Will drive innovation and new age initiatives like CBDC, First Rupi etc.

- Will need to collaborate with Technology, Cyber Security, Risk Management & Compliance teams of the Bank and work alongside vendor partners to build out the solution stack

- Will need to ensure quarterly benchmarking of our products with the competition to ensure we have best in class solution.

- Should have an understanding of the payment rails and payment technology

- Will need to be familiar with software development life cycle and understand / oversee aspects of testing - SIT/UAT and be able to manage the product roadmap with timely release management

- Will need to engage with RBI/NPCI and represent the Bank appropriately in the working group/steering committee meetings.

- The role comes with team management responsibilities. As the team is highly tech oriented with entrepreneurial mindset, imperative that the individual is able to engage, motivate, drive and govern the team.

Secondary Responsibilities:

- Stakeholder Management with Technology, Compliance, Cyber Security & Risk Management

- Engagement with Fintech Vendors in the industry to ensure we have best in class product partners
