Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge of Indian accounting practices, statutory compliances, and practical exposure to manufacturing processes and operations. Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, and related tools is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting and Bookkeeping:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory accounting.
2. Compliance Management:
• Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare and file accurate tax returns and other statutory filings.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities for audits and assessments.
3. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Provide insights into financial performance and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
4. Tool Proficiency:
• Maintain accounts using Tally ERP and QuickBooks.
• Leverage advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
5. Collaboration:
• Liaise with internal teams for project cost tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders such as auditors, consultants, and government officials.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s/bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or a related field (CA Inter/ICWA qualification preferred).
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Indian accounts, with a focus on the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, QuickBooks, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Attributes:

• Prior experience in handling audits and financial assessments.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and procedures (if applicable to the company).
• Knowledge of ERP systems used in manufacturing is an added advantage.
